Air Transat review by Sofia 2017-07-13

It was disqusting! Today, 13 July, Air Transats people in Greek Airport didn't allow me to take my flight! Because, they said, I need an eTA number: I explained them that I already have one, because I own a Canadian working permit and that means I don't need to have an extra eta. An employer, agreed with me and told that I was right, having a Canadian working permit means that i automatically have an eta. But the girl that was working there, had a very bad and extra rude and ironic behavior and she didn't even listen to her assistant! She even told: "if I don't want her(she meant me!) to travel, she won't travel!" Her name is Kalliroi Halida (�αλλι���η Χαλιδά). Air Transat needs to do something with that person! I lost all my money! I had hotel waiting for me in Canada. And I paid taxi and other extra money in order to not travel. She did the same thing with a guy, although he was Canadian! She told him he needs an eTA number, but as Canadian he already have one! She also didn't allow him to take the flight. Air Transat you really should do something with this case if you are a reliable company!
