Aeroflot review by Larissa 2015-01-15

Of course Russia is not known for the customer service so their flagship airline is no different. Terrible English from staff (I do know basic Russian so I was okay). Non-existent customer service. Terrible food (as expected from meat, cabbage, and potato country). The flight attendants look pretty miserable and I hope you don't bother to check bags. Flight was OK as long as you have absolutely nothing to ask from staff.
