Air New Zealand review by Eric 2016-10-13

The seats are narrow kiddie seats with thin rock hard cushions and the isles are extremely narrow. Not sure how this happened, we came off a Thai B747 and the seats there where nice. I just praised my lucky stars that this was a short haul flight. I am not sure how I would have coped with a long haul. the thing is that I am not a big person. Maybe cramming in as many seats width wise into a B777 as other airlines put into a B747 is not a great idea? Until Air New Zealand upgrade their seats I will avoid flying with them.
