Air Canada review by Marryeh

Due to lack of overhead storage, I had to Sky-check my Carry-on luggage. I was expecting that Air Canada would handle sky check bags more carefully than checked baggages. But I don't believe there was any care in handling the bag at all. I found my laptop badly damaged even after all the protection layers. They must have been dropped my bag 3-4 meters to cause such a damage to a hard case laptop stored in a padded laptop backpack whitin the carry on. It is very disappointing to see no customer service from Air Canada.
