Economy Class

Last night I returned to home without my luggauge. Despite numerous attempts from destination luggauge department, Aeroflot still did not bother to send my luggauge along with a few people. I also personally attemtpted to call their lost baggage department during working hours but no answer. When considering number of people on the queue from the same day (2 out 3 flights), it is very interesting to see such lost ratio. I have travel insurance but there are stuff that cannot be replaced with money. Russian authorties already don;t have any human feelings so they even not bothering about anything. Make yourself a favour and pay a few bucks extra and get a proper airlines.
