Economy Class

I arrived to Vienna with flight OS64 from Beijing on 17th November and found out my connecting flight OS721 to Budapest had been cancelled. Service desk suggested to re-route through Frankfurt several hours later. Since Budapest and Vienna is only a couple hours drive this was clearly unacceptable option. Service desk told me to rent a car and write to customer relation to reclaim the cost. Over two months past and I sent several emails for which I have not received any answer from the airline. Not even "Sorry" I find this clear a neglect of customers.
