The seating between rows in Economy Class is practically a health hazard for Westerners. We just flew back from Manila to Melbourne. My knees were squashed against the seat in front. This was very painful and uncomfortable. The configuration of the plane makes Economy Class painful and virtually unhealthy for anyone of reasonable height. Philippine Airlines should be forced to publish a warning on their web booking forms about this when people book.
