This is probably the worst airline I have ever flown with. Our Thursday flight from LAX to Stockholm was cancelled 8 hrs prior to departure with no attempt by the airline to accommodate the travelers. They sent a simple SMS saying the flight is cancelled and passengers can reschedule or get their money back, that's it. Basically, whatever problem they had was not worth fixing in timely manner for them to honor their commitments. Later that day they seemed to realize that they had to do something so they announced that the flight is not cancelled and instead postponed to the next day and they will soon inform us of the time but to no surprise by the end of Thursday, they sent another SMS announcement that the new flight is now scheduled for 6:30AM Saturday. On Friday, I received 2 more SMS's each delaying the flight again and again. At the end, we flow out of LAX 48 hrs later in an old plane that they had rented from another riffraff airline. They provided zero service- just a very low quality food in a box. No blanket, pillows or even onboard entertainment (we were flying their Premium class, I mind you). Return flight was not much better either.
