Frontier Airlines review by Kourosh 2015-12-04

Frontier airlines is the worst airline I've ever had the experience to fly with. I travel all the time, so believe me when I say Frontier Airlines is the worst airline I've ever flown with. The staff was incredible rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I was amazed at how they treated each guest, your just a number to these people not a guest. They charged me $60 for 2 small carry ons!!! And this was after the fact that the check-in lady said it was ok. That check-in lady lied to me and made me pay an extra fee for my carry-ons. Also the flight itself is a joke. The plane is small and crammed with no radio, television, or any sort of entertainment. There is no way to get comfortable on this plane. I would never fly Frontier again. You should avoid this airline like the plague! EDITORS COMMENT: Frontier like many ultra ow cost carriers do charge for check in luggage now which is a foreign concept to many of us. The lady saying your luggage was ok was referring to the size and weight not whether it was free or not.
