Economy Class

My flight was delayed for 8 hours. At the airport, we were told at check in that there would be no food on board the flight (this turned out to be incorrect). I was issued with $21 meal voucher, but the only place to spend it was at a low quality “ Dunkin’ Doughnuts” outlet. A queue of 35-40 people made even that impossible. There was nothing open beyond security. Once on the flight, which was operated by another provider called HiFly, there was at least some food, though of very low quality, with even the coffee served cold. At no point during my entire experience did anyone apologise for the delay. Finally, while submitting a compensation claim, the website timed out, meaning I had to begin the process again. It was the worst flying experience I've ever had.
