Economy Class

First flight from Amsterdam to NYC was horrible, but I was like, maybe I wasn't lucky this time or just the circumstances were bad overall (flight delayed, check in service online doesn't work, can't check in other bag cheaper online-just doesn't work etc.). Returning flight even worse-again online check in doesn't work, can't pay online extra baggage etc.). On top of that, just got charged $200 for checking in 2nd bag and books I had as a carry on instead of laptop. I'm so disappointed and mad-I'll never use or recommend this airline again.
