Business Class
A very poor experience from start to finish. premium checkin slow, Koru lounge packed full, staff attitude pompous and surly. Food served in Business Class disgusting & inedible. Plane was a little bit grubby, not well cleaned from previous flight - ie. Attention to detail - muck on ife screen
