Pal is trying to uprage its rating status up but this airline company has lsck the will to do it.from ground staff to a decent food stamp or hotel compensation for flight delayed to its paseengers being affected by delayed or flight cancellation. They are abosulety Insensetive, Cheap and Greedy. But my actual flight with Pal is a different story. Only the cabin crews have the compassion and willingness with their friendly and kind attotude to served passengers. Its a shame that flight attendants are mostly the one who got the blame on the stupidity of Philippiine Airlines.
