Flights always late, loosing luggage, total mess I flew Lufthansa Apr 18 and Apr 26, 2017 from Toronto to Moscow round trip. Flight from Toronto to Munich was late for 2 hours without any reason. I just was sitting in Toronto for 2 extra hours and missed my connecting flight Munich � Moscow. Lufthansa added extra stop to my trip. I flew Frankfurt to Moscow. Frankfurt to Moscow is 3.5 hours flight also was late for 1 hour. Service on Lufthansa Frankfurt to Moscow flight was terrible. Flight attendants are literally ignoring passengers. As example, I had to ask 3 times to get a cup of tea. On my way back, Moscow to Toronto flight, Lufthansa Moscow to Frankfurt was late for 2 hours. I literally jumped to my connecting Air Canada flight Frankfurt to Toronto on the runway. Because Moscow � Toronto flight was late, Lufthansa didn�t properly handled my luggage and didn�t loaded it into my connecting plane. My luggage was lost. I have been told my luggage stuck in Frankfurt. Still looking for my luggage
