Niagara Falls NY - Orlando (Sanford) The airline first attracts you with a cheap base flight, then they start adding in the extras: i.e. making a reservation fee, early boarding fee, seat assignment fee, onboard luggage fee, checked luggage fee. Nothing can be done by agents: all changes MUST be done via telephone to a LAS VEGAS number - wait times are 30 minutes or longer. Telephone agents are very restricted as to what they can do, usually they have to submit your request to higher-ups who will render a decision within 8 weeks! Worst airline to travel with in the world (possibly even worse that North Korean Airlines and just as dictatorial.) DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!! MAKE IT FOLD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
