United Airlines review by DOUBRA 2016-12-14

I am a frequent flyer on United Airlines not only because of the generous baggage allowance but also for the service and latest movies on board. On my most recent trip from Houston to London ,Mr SHIVA one of the staff members at the airport assisted me greatly on how to pack up my luggage responsibly (ie weight and dimension). His explanation and assistance saved me unwarranted excess baggage fees. Staff at United airlines ( IAH)are always good to me, kind and respectful.
