The worst airline ever. I have flew other Middle East airlines before and yet, this airline is the worst. 1. When I flew from Kuala Lumpur to Muscat, I was sitting in the plane for a whole 1 hour with no aircon on. The crew told us that the ac will only be on during take off. So we were literally sitting in the plane with no ac, in the afternoon, full of passengers. 2. Everything has to wait with Oman Air. Wait for bus, wait to disembark, which is unexceptional. Of course there are waiting involves, but this is just absurd. When we touched down at Muscat, (with ac off obviously because we were on ground), we were told to wait for 5-10mins due to some technical issues with the door. 3. The worst part, I flew from Muscat back to Kuala Lumpur and now they lost my bag. And I was not the only one. There were few other passengers whom luggages were not here as well. I have travelled enough to know which airline is good and which is bad. And all I can say is this is the worst. I will never take this airline anymore, ever.
