We were quite disappointed with Norwegian Air. The flight attendants were cranky. The seats were cramped. The media selection was slim. Beverages were only offered twice on a 10 hour flight, and the glasses were TINY. Two tiny cups of whatever - apple juice or water or soda - are not enough to keep you hydrated on such a long flight. The food was barely edible. We flew a different airline home and although the cost was less, the quality was vastly better. Never again, Norwegian Air.
