Air Serbia review by murat 2014-09-05

I had a flight last month,from Istanbul to Berlin. We had a stop in Belgrad. My luggage is lost during my flight and my 9 days vacation is ruined. I sent dozens of email without any tiny answer. I called the customer service and the only thing they said is 'be patient'. So if u are traveling via airserbia, dont rely on the staff ,keep ur luggage small and take it to the airplane instead of cargo. God, we also paid extra for the cargo :) it is funny that how could they be so irresponsible and careless...
