United from Newark to boston on 737-700. United must go out of their way to design seats as pathetic as row 32. They are narrower than normal seats, have less legroom than normal seats, and don't recline. If these seats were sold at a discount then at least there is a choice. I travel a lot on business, and I have a choice of airlines. I will not be choosing United.
