Frontier Airlines review by Paul 2016-03-18

Paid up for the economy plus but find there is no plus... Barely a seat. 1/3 of tray and no recline. Nice to know that. No picture or description on the web of course. What customers did they survey for this design???? Hope they find a buyer who thinks about what the customer experience is. EDITORS COMMENT: Never pay for an upgrade that doesn't come with a description. Generally an upgrade on a low cost carrier just means included baggage and the ability to change your ticket.
