Worst airline I've ever traveled with. Went from Auckland to Los Angeles with layover in Nadi. Staff was rude and incompetent, no please or thank you, security took ages and dug through my carry on bag, removing everything in front of everyone. Food was undercooked and no meal choices were given. The screen in front of me was broken, so I had no entertainment available. No flight arrived on time, but this airline does not care to make up for it or even apologise. Would not recommend it to anyone and will never fly with them again. Only good thing was leg room, seat comfortable.
