Never again! I recently had the misfortune of travelling with Norwegian air, a return flight from London to LA. It is a 11 hour LONG HAUL flight, in which (to my horror) they serve NOTHING! NOT EVEN A GLASS OF WATER. unless you order in advance and pay for it separately or purchase items from their snack shop! Air Bangladesh wouldn't stoop so low ( apologies air Bangladesh). Well their brilliant money-saving idea has back-fired, I shall never fly with them again. WHAT'S NEXT? TAKE YOUR OWN FOLDING CHAIR? Did they not consider going against the grain in such a stupid way may back fire? I mean going 'cheap' on short haul flights in one thing - but on a 11 hour flight, people either pay the extra (and feel cheated) or take their own food and drink. what if their own food and drink should make them sick or vomit onboard, what about extra mess and rubbish? some one did not think this through . . EDITORS COMMENT: It's a low cost carrier you can not expect anything but the seat. Throughout the booking process it states all the additional charges. Also the flight, even with having to pay for water on board was probably still half the price of the other carriers offering a full service - one can't expect a premium service at a low cost fare.
