very bad experience with this company to nonexistent service. overdue aircraft, mismatch and scam at the weighing of luggage. the company refuses to calculate the total weight of all luggage, it considers the weight of each individual case, so even if your total weight respects the limit, if there is a case that exceeds the limit you will be charged, c is a scam !! more aircraft are sold out too, it is very difficult to be put on another flight, when their delay caused us to miss our connecting
