Flew DC-Heathrow on a brand new A380. Checked in online and reserved seats on the upper deck but prior to boarding they put us on lower deck explaining the ones we wanted were broken. Food was decent but for long haul Economy it could have been better. Flight back, Hethrow-DC was a nightmare. Old 777 with filthy seats and floors. Tickets were the cheapest among all airlines but now I know why.
