From San Francisco going to Bratislava, 2 stops 5/20/14, layover JFK and SVO to Vienna with train to Bratislava, return 6/5/14, booked via Kayak on Aeroflot. Last minute changes posted to trip 5/19 (too late to cancel) caused return layover in Moscow (SVO) from 4p to 10a -18 hours. No, visa, no leave airport enforced. Miserable service to the point of nastiness. Forced to purchase sleep space at $105 in Vozdushnyi espress 'capsule' room.
