Terrible reservation service and handling of purchases. Each time I have to contact Spirit Airlines Reservations, the wait is about 45 minutes. Often I am told to call another number that eventually tells me that the number I was told to call was not the proper number. The airline charges for larger seats, then when you check in, the seats, which I paid for, are not available and the airline doesn't want to reimburse you for payment for those seats. Four of the last five flights were delayed repeatedly and then cancelled after there was no option to seek another carrier to complete my business trip. Initially I liked this airline's website, but have learned to distrust this carrier and will stop using them. I ended up paying more than all other carriers. Trick me once, shame on you, trick me twice, shame on me. I am not going to go through this again.
