Newark to Richmond- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STAFF AT DESK ALL THE WAT TO MANAGEMENT AT 800 NUMBER. NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER FEEDBACK- STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM UNITED FROM FEEDBACK I LEFT JUNE 15- OVER 30 DAYS. WILL NOT FLY THIS CARRIER AGAIN AND RECOMMENT YOU STAY AWAY AS WELL.
