For the second time in one month, I'm sitting at JFK and waiting for the departure, that are now 2 hours delayed. We've been told that a bird flew into a light. And they are awaiting a reparation guy. For two weeks ago I was sitting here due to wheel change. That took 26 hours, no information, nothing. What's wrong with this company? I just asked if I could go back to the city and sleep. But we're told to stay put. Let's see if this will take 24 more hours... So bad information and service.
