They call themselves a budget airline, what a joke, you have to pay for your seat, pay for your luggage, pay for your food, pay for the entertainment, ha,ha, budget what a lie.... and eight hours from Melbourne to Singapore without being offered food or drink. very, very rudely being told by a hostess we would have to wait for a drink of water, I do not think they train their staff at all.... Never, never flying Jetstar again as long as I live. EDITORS COMMENT: that's what a budget airline is and that's why through the booking process you are offered options to pre pay for optional luxuries. We agree, water should be free on all flights but no low cost airline has to do this.
