Just been Perth/Broome/Perth with this appalling airline. Would someone in a position of authority take a flight in your horrible planes with seat pitch made for dwarfs. Take a box with you to put in front of your knees so you can see what it's like for a 6'6" man to fly in your planes. Hopefully like me you will be able to gaze at the two 4'8" women sitting in the exit row with a couple of feet between their knees and the back of the next seat. As you stagger off the aircraft you can wonder why the *&^% you don't offer premium economy seats for purchase. Drag yourself into the 21st century people!!!!
