Austrian Airlines review by Catalina 2016-08-29

Because of technical problems in Brussels, my flight was cancelled after 3 hours of waiting. Nobody told us anything, there was no personnel at the desk and we were treated without any respect, like cattle, when we went to the Austrian Airlines center to pose questions. Everything was unacceptable, we didn't receive any voucher for hotel or food. And the cancelled flight it was totally their fault.
