Hi there, we would like to leave feedback about your staff member Renei who provided us great service, we flew NZ850 Thursday 11th January. My wife was unable to select a pregnancy friendly option, and Renei said she would get my wife 2 bread rolls and a muesli bar, and she came back literally a minute later with the rolls and muesli bar, and didn't charge us! We were blown away by the service. Please ensure Renei's line manager receives this feedback. An option could be to have bread rolls and muesli bars on the menu going forward. Regards, Kieran
