I traveled with WestJet one week ago from Toronto to Tampa Florida. We're still waiting for two bags that didn't make it to Tampa. Naturally it happens. However WestJet handling of the situation it disgraceful. The gave me a website and a number to call. No one answer the phone that they gave me. The message asks me to leave a message and get a call back in 24 hours. I left a VM on that number every day. No one called me yet. I also left messages on the wesite but didn't get a call back either. I am over 40 years old and I encountered bad service in my lifetime (from the airline industry and elsewhere) but I never had anything as bad as this.
