Malaysia Airlines review by Chrissie 2015-07-17

So disappointed! I had been informed on booking this is a 5 star airline, what a joke! 5 days before I was due to fly back the flight centre in London e mailed me to say Malaysian airlines have permanently cancelled all morning flights back from Langkawi to KL. I was offered a night flight as an alternative, but had booked day flights as this is what I wanted! The food was barely edible & we were left 10 hours between meals with just some Pretzel sticks & Oreos to keep us going. Very few drinks offered over 14 hours, most of the time the staff were hiding behind the curtains in the food prep area. My advice is pay a little more & avoid this airline at all costs! Worst flying experience ever :(
