My young daughter and I made 9 trips on Malaysian airlines since 2012 till 2015. Most of these trips were ok, but one was a trip direct from hell. No more Malaysian airlines for us from now. In this trip my Itenerary was Melnourne-Kuala Lumpur - hyderabad and back same route. The first flight in Melbourne was delayed and we were given vouchers for airport restaurants. After hours of delay we reached kaulalumpur. We missed connecting Malaysian flight. They took 5 hours to send us to a hotel. This hotel was horrible and smelly and never in my life I stayed in something so bad. And it was 60 minutes away from airport. We are vegans and there was no vegetarian food available in the hotel. At least 4 more of my co passengers and I, along with my young daughter suffered hunger pangs like anything for more than 36 hours. There was no one to listen to our suffering and almost 20 of us felt like we were stranded in a helpless place. Once we boarded the flight next day we were ravenous for the airline food. That made me decide Never Malaysian airlines again. I didn't know what our rights were. The airline chose to send us far off so we had to even spend an hour for visa. Why all this???
