I found poor service on flight EK010 an A380 Airbus from Gatwick to Dubai in that cabin crew were not serving passengers with drinks until 2.5 hours into flight and then it was self service by a number of passengers. My wife asked for a drink and was told that they would be brought around by crew not the case they were to occupied drinking and gossiping amongst themselves instead of doing the job.
