Aegean Airlines review by mediha 2013-12-06

This flight was from Athens to Santorini Greece. I flied in A320 I tried to book a baggage online and the site didn't allow me. I checked in online an headed to the airport. I told the staff and even the manager of the issue I had and they told me they couldn't help me and I had to pay the full price. The baggage purchase online is supposed to be 40% discounted. They also told me that I should have called. I have no phone to use out of states, they had no willingness to help at all. Terrible staff and terrible airlines and very terrible service.
