Canadian United Business office. Attempted with many blocks to retrieve my lost item from their office. Was not able to retrieve until a Saturday when I had left the convention I was giving to make the hour and half travel to the Toronto airport. When I arrived to retrieve it the male on the other end at 6pm on March 12th. "I will see if I can find it" came back and said "couldn't find it" I was given a number to call and that no one would be in until Monday. Is this how you train your staff for service? Are they there to be lazy and not useful for passengers? As I was departing on the following Monday (6am), I was fortunate to speak with the supervisor directly and he said " there is a package on the desk" brought it back to me and yes it was my lost item. Apparently had been right there the entire time.
