I flew from CCU-PEK-DEL. I was disappointed because of an Air China staff at the Beijing airport. Just before boarding the flight in Beijing, one staff started yelling at passengers to go check-in their cabin baggages before boarding, for those whose bags looked bigger to him. Well, for information, my cabin baggage was well within the Air China dimension limit as published on their website. And I just asked a question to him whether we have go and check in at the counter first and go through all the security stuff again. To which he replied rudely to me saying that he will check in my bag and give me a receipt. Oh really. He could have explained that politely to us. I was very upset at this behavior. He was even insisting another lady passenger to check-in her bag (which looked well within the dimension limits) who kept telling him that her infant's food was in the bag and to let her take the bag with her. He was very rude to her as well. I ask then, why did the Air China allow my same bag to take in the cabin from CCU-PEK. I am disappointed at the Air China staff's behaviour for sure and maybe will never use this airlines again.
