Iberia and Iberia Express review by Diego 2014-01-10

The worst airline ever. Do you want to get low cost service at world class prices? Fly with IBERIA. If you are not aware, they will charge you even for saying "Good Morning". The crew is rude, unhelping. You do not get even a glass of water, unless you can prove that you will die within the next couple of minutes if you do not take your medicine (and manage to convince them that you do not have enough cash on you to buy a microscopic bottle of water). Flying is shared code with BA, the partnership with IBERIA will cost BA much of their customers loyalty. I would rather fly with Ryanair (now this is a joke, I will not fly with them even if it was the last carrier in the world) than flying again with IBERIA.
