I don't understand all the negative comments about paying for water, the cost of refreshments, blah blah blah with Norwegian. It's like people want to pay charity shop prices and get Savile Row service. We chose Norwegian because it saved our family a couple of thousand pounds compared with the prices of the "big" players. So I had to pay $3.50 for a bottle of water, I knew the score when I got on the plane and, frankly, so what? Yes, the plane was cold so I put a hoody on and everything was fine.The Dreamliner is a great airplane with a really good entertainment system. Cabin crew were young, cheerful and attentive. I'll use Norwegian again in the summer. EDITORS COMMENT: We agree with you!!! There's too much expectation from people when they are on a low cost carrier. You want the perks then you pay the premium. Thanks for your review
