We traveled to Punta Cana from Pittsburgh on April 21. The flight and the crew were great. On the way home, our flight was delayed for ten hours. During the first delay they all the passengers stand outside in the heat for an hour telling us we were about to board the told us to come back inside the plane was experiencing difficulties. They never told us what the difficulties were. It was delay again stating that the plane did not have international paper work and could not leave Punta Cana until the flight crew received the necessary paper work. They then had to fly a crew in from Miami so we had to wait for them to arrive. The flight home was smooth and the crew was exceptional. Because of the waiting and the not knowing what was going on during our first delay, I would not fly this airline again.
