I only travel business class with air asia and have absolutely no complaints about the flight experience. However, a word to those who have never used their booking site before....watch out for their sneaky extra fees......regardless of getting complimentary meals, when a meal is selected an extra AUD$3.50 is added to 'upsize the meal'' - and getting it removed from the meal always seems to take a couple of attempts, travel insurance is added automatically to your fare. Bottom line - if you don't watch the fare carefully during the booking phase you could find yourself paying more than you thought. Not huge amount....just a sneaky little extra coutesy of Air asia.
