Avianca review by Gus 2015-11-22

Avianca is terrible. I am used to all kind of flight experiences flying 100,000 miles a year but most if the time I use Avianca the frustration is terrible. It's always something related to their employees actituded. They act like friendly but at the end they provide a terrible service from the counter to the cabin not to mention try to get a service over the phone.
