If you want to be treated well by staff who work in good conditions don't go with Norwegian. Yes flights were cheaper but they treat you like cattle and with a bit of effort it could be great, instead just poor. We flew gatwick to Berlin and return and we had a disabled passenger with us so to be fair we got a better service than the hundreds of others on our flight who had to queue at the gate when no one was there to open it, and Berlin was horrendous, hundreds of people and only two desks open. Automatic check in stations out of order, staff really stressed and said it was like that all the time. Flight itself ok when we eventually took off, refreshments very expensive £1.50 fir a kitkat £2.50 fir a cup of tea. Our disabled relative was looked after but I shudder to,think of our experience if he had not been with us. The senior management need to do some basic ops management training and spend time with ground staff.
