Watched our luggage get rained on and no one bothered to move it even though ground crew ran for cover. Terrible transfer process by staff in Ho Chi Minh. Customer service very unhelpful when trying to get an earlier flight so just gave up and bought a ticket on Jetstar. Plane was not clean and toilet stank. Overall terrible experience.
