All of my relatives and friends had told me I was in for a bad experience travelling by air in the United States....especially on the low cost airlines. Well, my experience was quite the opposite. Everyone on Southwest was friendly and helpful. I flew LAS-SAT, SAT-MCO and MCO-MCI and had no compliants. I dis pay the little bit extra for Early Bird check-in and would recommend that service.
