At the check-in counter at a small international airport in Japan, my husband and I got into troubles because the ground staff didn't have enough knowledge about ETAS which tourists need. I asked them what ETAS is but they couldn't explain it and after all I didn't need it because I'm not tourist. But they took two hours to check my visa and I lost the time to say bye to my friend. And they didn't give us enough explanation how much we had to pay for excess baggage charge because we were gonna miss the flight. There were not anyone who can speak English. After that we tried to send feedback about that but we don't have contact from here and I sent email but haven't got reply, just have got auto reply that said we are looking into... I can't trust them any more. We will never use Philippine airlines even it's cheap. No worth to pay any money for it.
