I bought two tickets (one for my friend and one for myself), but my friend couldn't get on the same flight. So I called the customer service of easyjet to delete his ticket (they would only give me back airport fees of CHF 10 for a ticket, to change the name or destination it would cost me CHF 65 for one direction, same price as I purchased the tickets for...). Unfortunately, they deleted my ticket instead so when I arrived at the airport, I couldn't check in. Then I went to the easyjet office at the airport to fix it, and they just told me they can't do anything about it and I have to buy a new one ALTHOUGH THEY CLEARLY CANCELLED MY TICKET. Once I bought the new ticket, I called the number to make sure they will reimburse me. ONE MONTH LATER, they still didn't get back to me although they would promise me to listen once more to the call to verify that the mistake was their customer service agent's mistake and not mine. Really bad customer experience. I hope you never want to make changes to your ticket. They will rip you off!!!
